Just got home from canvassing, we hit downtown portsmouth, which was mostly apartment buildings that we couldn’t get into but we found plenty of people who wanted to take our lit. I talked to this one guy named Tom, who liked what RP had to say, but didn’t think he had a chance. By the time I left he was fully aware of how much of a chance RP actually has and after explaining the importance of voting on principle rather than who i thought might win he was more than willing to “waste” his vote anyway…
The ride home was scary… frozen roads, bad tires, and people driving like idiots = me closing my eyes the whole way home. There is a new volunteer coming tonight so that should be exciting
